Our trip was so much better thanks to this place. the hotel was great, pretty tidy, and the staff were super friendly and genuine. 😊

the location of the hotel was quiet - within easy walking distance of zhujiang new town. booked a room even with extra bed. the free parking was in the area, excellent service.

The breakfast and dinner were perfect. Stunning view from the roof bar. Friendly and well-trained staff. Cleanliness and good state of everything. Helpful and polite staff at check-in.

The hotel's prime location near the metro station, shopping malls, and river made our adventure trip convenient. the room was well-maintained with a comfortable mattress and a clean bathroom. Staff members were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic with a manager who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We enjoyed the facilities and the beautiful view.

One staff member at one of the hotel's lounges was not polite towards guests.

During my recent stay at Park Hyatt, I was impressed by the comfortable and spacious room. The view from my room was incredible, overlooking the Pearl River and the city. The service at check-in was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist me. The hotel amenities, such as the pool and gym, were well-maintained and provided a great experience. The restaurant, Yue Jing Xuan, offered delicious meals that I highly recommend trying. I had a pleasant and memorable stay at Park Hyatt and would definitely return.

The hotel did not provide basic necessities such as toothbrush and envelopes. the luxury price we paid should have included these items.

The exclusive amenities provided at this hotel created a luxurious experience. the Spa & wellness centre featured a sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi, as well as body wraps and scrubs. the Indoor swimming pool was heated and surrounded by sun loungers and a sun terrace. the service was prompt and accommodating, and the private treatment room provided a relaxing atmosphere for a facial and massage. the restaurant offered an in-room breakfast option as well as dinner.

Although the hotel was impressive, there was one minor issue. the live entertainment provided at the bar/lounge area was too loud and could be heard from the room.
